Note 2: It is very easy to ADD + also to REMOVE Google Chrome extensions without any hassle!
Step 2 – In Chrome store: Search for ‘Adblock for Youtube’
In this case, we have chosen for ‘Adblock for Youtube’. Do keep in mind that there are many valid options when it comes to blocking Youtube ads. Some adblockers will also extend the service accross all websites. For the purpose of this tutorial we choose ‘Adblock for Youtube. This extension is currently installed by well over 10 million users which makes it a solid choice to block your Youtube ads.Â
Step 3 – Add the Adblock Chrome Extension to your Chrome Browser
The installation is extremely quick and easy. Simply click ‘add to Chrome’ followed by clicking the ‘add extension’ pop-up.Â
NOTE: You will see that a product landing page will open from ‘adblock for Youtube’, but you can close this window and ignore it. Â
Step 4 – PIN your Adblock extension – OPTIONAL
Now that you have installed the Youtube adblock extension, you can choose to add it to your pinned extensions. This makes it easy for you to visualise the extensions that you are currently using.Â
Step 5 – Check the results – Adblock chrome extension ON versus Adblock OFF
